TERMS & CONDITION of “Swastikshaadi.com Diamond”

1. Swastikshaadi.com Diamond service ('Service') is offered by Swastikshaadi.com (“Company”) enabling its customers to avail the following services
  • Assistance of a Matchmaking Assistant ('MA') with regard to registration of profile
  • Get the profile verified
  • Screen the profiles matching to the members profile
  • Make personal calls to the member who has expressed interest on the member and pass on the lead to the members
  • Send you weekly update on interest received and matches matching your criterion
  • Help you with horoscope matching


2. The service is available for all the existing as well as future customer/member of Swastikshaadi.com.

3. As an introduction offer a Swastikshaadi.com Diamond member shall be charged Rs.10,001/- for 3 months subscription, which is not refundable.

4. During this subscription period a member shall be entitled to avail all the services of an MA.

5. The MA shall call the member once in a week (as per the convenient of the Member) and shall pass on all the lead and give updates.

6. Your MA shall communicate with you via your preference Channel ie: email or phone.

7. For any requests or queries the member can write an email or call your MA during their working hours and they will assist you accordingly. MA will be available between 10am-6pm 5 days a week.

8. Acceptance of members expressed interest is wholly and solely at the discretion of the members. MA shall not coerce or insist a member to accept your interest even if you are very keen on the person.

9. MA shall assist you in fixing up a meeting with a prospect if both parties are willing. A member needs to take due precautionary measures at your cost.

10. Follow up for international members will be done via e-mail.

11. Confidential/Private information will not be disclosed unless the member approves the same via email.

12. A MA shall Follow-up with other members (who have expressed interest in the Swastikshaadi.com Diamond member) only 3 times, per member.

13. Your MA may change due to reasons beyond Company's Control, though the Company would try and keep a single MA throughout the period of membership.

14. To avoid any miscommunication/ misrepresentation, there should be only one point of contact from the member's side with the MA and the name and details of such one point of contact should be conveyed to the company while accepting the Diamond membership itself.

15. Your MA will only be contacting members who have registered on Swastikshaadi.com.

16. For Profiles searched by MA, which are not endorsed by Swastikshaadi.com, background/Verification checks need to be carried out by you.

17. Diamond membership will expire once you have found a partner on or outside Swastikshaadi.com platform.
